Training Development Specialist

Summary:

Seeking a skilled Training Development Specialist to create training assignment profiles for various roles and levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with Production Management, Training Department, and Database Administrators to categorize, prioritize, and consolidate training curricula for the manufacturing department
• Supports customization, configuration and implementation of training profiles
• Develops automation capabilities for training assignments and change requests using site-approved digital tools. Adheres to GMP guidelines and change control management processes
• Format MS Excel spreadsheets to organize data for discussions
• Keep notes of changes to be made
• Submit Training Requests and tracking completion of the curricula changes
• Schedule meetings
• Create electronic forms as needed
• Create a method to track Training Requests to ensure implemented
• Develop a Training Plan document for the department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related training development role
• Background in training programs and their structure within a learning management system
• Previous experience working within a GMP environment
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel to group items and create curricula
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Forms, and Outlook
• Team player
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills

Rate/Location:

• $36 - $41 per hour
• This is a fully onsite role in Sanford, NC
